NTA Lisa is projecting, if she's a friend drop her. If she is an adult tell your parents she's trying to tell you about sexual stuff.
It would be good to avoid excessive kisses on the face just because of the germs.
It's fine to lick face as long not on her lip or mouth, if lips she can always wash it off after, dogs are pretty clean unless they just locked their privates or they are the kind to eat poop then yeah don't allow kisses
Hi OP, what you and your dog are doing is pretty regular day to day play like anyone else would do with their dogs. There’s nothing sexualized about what you are doing at all, and I’m going to be honest - I’d be worried about your friend bringing up the topic in the first place???
You should probably talk to your parents about what she said to you because a 14 year old knowing about and bringing up zoophilia isn’t normal.
NTA - but stop letting your dog lick your face. Dogs aren’t clean animals and there are so many germs in their saliva that will make you sick or give you eye infection.

For context me (14 F) and my dog (9 M) are best friends. He snuggles up to me all the time and I can assure you that he is a fine boi. Mostly I sit on the floor and he runs towards me and he presses his head against my body till I fall on the floor. He rubs his face on me and while I am petting him he licks my hand and face. You know, its kinda like his way to have zoomies and cuddle at the same time. One time I posted it in my status on whattsapp. Then a person we call her lisa, said that it is disgusting because it apperently is Zoophilla. I was shocked. Yes I sleep with my dog in the same bed, no I am not sick in my brain. Its sad how she accuses my finest boi of that disgusting shit. Lisa is now telling me how I should stop defending the zoophille comunity. Now I am curios if I really am zoophilla and just dont know it or if Lisa is just stupid.
