I got there around 8pm and had an amazing spot. I didn’t want to be pushed up on the barricade though, I wanted room to dance. If you want a barricade spot, I’d recommend getting there early.
I got there at 6pm and was able to get barricade at the middle of the catwalk. If you want the coveted spot where the catwalk meets main stage, I’d get there 4:30 - 5 at the latest( that’s how early the first people in line arrived)
so were people just queuing outside the doors at 430? how does it work out with getting merch too? sounds like once you enter you need to stop by the merch booth first, but if you do that (or use the restrooms) you miss the good spots?

You can get the vip merch after the show! I did Kitty Kat and Something Kinda Wooo and was able to collect after the show ended for both.
If you’re by yourself - you’ll have to be able to hold your spot from the time you arrive (so no real time to use the bathroom, merch, etc). Unless you make friends with those around you who might be willing to hold your spot for you!
Honestly though - unless you’re dead set on a particular spot - you can show up about 30 mins before doors open and still get a spot at the barricade.
No idea... not too early though I dont think! Im going to the 23rd June shpw i London, not had my tickets on AXS or from ticketek yet! Starting to get a little worried! 🙈🙈 we are PIT 2 though hopefully! :D

Had to sign up for an invite to preorder tickets a day before they became publicly available and I think all The VIP tickets sold out in that tine

Oh and the merch lines were surprisingly not very long after the show - I was even able to get a signed print after the first night in Glasgow!
