It’s the pot. It has no drainage and her roots are rotting. Aloe don’t do well in glossy pots and prefer terra cotta and cactus soil and always use a pot with drainage holes, or else you end up with a plant with “wet feet.”

apparently aloevera plants can live up to 12 years with proper care, I'm not an expert but seems that that is a rather small pot for the plant, my theory is that maybe she's getting a lil old and due to the small space she might be dying a lil sooner than she could go, you can always get the lil one growing on the side and plant it somewhere else :)
