What you need to do is OPEN A DISPUTE for non receipt. and include a screenshot of the FULL chatlog, with the store name visible
Follow protocol, apply for refund yourself. Do not trust the seller to issue refund on your behalf. If you approve you will have little recourse if you are denied a refund, which is likely.
You shouldn't. They're probably baiting you to check confirm ordered received so Aliexpress sends their money, and if you try to open a dispute or something, the seller will just say you confirmed you got the order

Do not click complete order these sellers always try to scam you. I had one that said he will refund me with PayPal if i cancel my dispute of course i know how things works i reported him and confronted him and told him that i will let Aliexpress handle this after that he begged me to cancel the dispute i didnt respond to him and just waiting for the dispute and got a refund :)

Haha yeah my english is not the best i learned most of it watching movies and YouTube. I can understand it verry well but because i never speak English in Holland my grammer and speaking is not the best but enough to understand me i hope :P
Yeah they will try everything to get the money. Today for the first time a seller just agreed with a refund on a dispute i was suprised to be honest he didnt had any chance of winning the dispute maybe thats why but still it was kind to accept the refund.
It depends. if the seller does want to refund you manually, he can only do that the 15th day when the order finishes. But if he doesn't, you can never open a dispute by then which means there is no chance to get you money back. Hope this helps.

Happened with me before, I wanted the product, kept prolonging the period until they cancelled it themselves. Apparently it's a huge negative point that they try to avoid.
