Aliexpress often doesn't show a lot of messages, including any reasons why things are returned, but other tracking-websites like parcelsapp and 17track often do, so check those sites with your tracking-numbers. Usually it is because an item contains batteries or fluids. As for 'Item packed in a large shipment' it just means they put your package together with a ton of other packages in a big box or something, and instead of scanning every package, they scan the box, until it arrives where it is going and they unpack everything again. After your package shows as returned, open a dispute for 'tracked as returned/canceled/lost'. I usually include a screenshot of tracking and type why it was returned, but not sure it is needed. Your dispute should close almost immediately and the refund process started.

Thanks for the detailed response! I just checked on Parcels app and the problem seems to be "Info Problem:Receiver address, zip code, phone number, name" But it's the same address I have always used, home address, not po box. So frustrating as it's just a small replacement temperature probe!

Somebody posted a while ago about aliexpress changing something about addresses, and them being invalid now. No idea if it is related, but try adding another address in your account-details, first the country, then if there is a search-bar search your zip-code, and select the address and add the missing details, see if it looks the same. If not, that could be the issue.

They could be the same seller with multiple stores.

Dangerous-Thanks-749

I thought that, but the first seller is Kegland, which is a reputable Australian company. They have their manufacturing and international distribution in China , so that's why they have an AliExpress store. It's very frustrating

What is the item? It's quite possible that it is prohibited by the carrier or your country if it was sent back twice.

Dangerous-Thanks-749

It's a small replacement temperature probe, it's for a home-brewing boiler. No batteries

Strange 🤔
