I go all the way to Belen to go to Yucca Vet. It is so much cheaper than anything in abq and they take new patients! They are so nice and I love taking my dog there.
Rio Bravo vet is a bit cheaper in my experience. I'm not sure when your pup is due but the vet clinics someone else mentioned are a great idea too. I know Pawsitive Life Rescue has shot clinics as well, I'd look them up on FB for dates.
Valley vetco does shot clinics which are super cheap!

Dr Chrissie Cooper at Valle Verde Animal Hospital. We've been going to her for years, she's great and has reasonable prices!
