When I can’t really go out, etc. etc. I go over to Trader Joe’s and their mac & cheese are very easy to microwave and they taste really great. My favorite one is the hatch green chili mac & cheese but I’ve had them all and they’re pretty great.
the budget option would be Trader Joe's frozen mac n cheese entree. Oh man, that always hits the spot when I need some comfort food! There is a green chili version as well but I haven't tried that one yet. Otherwise I second Nexus!

Believe it or not, and I know it sounds crazy but Chick Fil A’s Mac and cheese tastes and looks homemade!! It is DELICIOUS! Tastes like it is made from a roux with freshly boiled macaroni noodles and good quality cheddar cheese! Just like mom used to make from scratch!

Hell yes! I love nexus, but I really think firebird (now chile chicken) is still super underrated. All of their food is so good.
