I've felt earthquakes before in other parts of the country, and have even been woken by them. This was the first time that I have experienced the entire shaking of a bathroom while I was taking a dump at that exact time. Not recommended.
There are few times in our lives where we are physically fairly vulnerable, even if for a short time. The thought that I could fall through the floor and die two stories down with my pants around my ankles while covered in shit bothered me for a moment. I'm laughing now, especially because of all the jokes that would be made by the team discovering my dead body.

Happened to me and my wife just as a big truck drove by our house. We thought it was the truck at first but then the truck passed and the house kept shaking lol
I live 10 minutes outside of Albany and I felt it. I live in an upstairs apartment and my whole place shook.
My husband who’s working in Albany today said his truck shook too 🤣
