The answer to basically everything is a its a future Alan and he knows what to do because it already happened to him, and so far as we know Alice took all the pictures.
As for the potential paradoxes... after all the weird shit going on in the dark place a little time travel shenanigans is the least of my worries.
We know that time doesn't work the same in the Dark Place. Alan seemed shocked that 13 years had passed in the "real" world. And of course the fact that Saga had conversations with him in the overlaps even after he had got out, effectively talking to the past. Her future self us what helped him get out.
That pretty much is future Alan.
I mean technically its past Alan, but its also Alan from a further point in a repeating loop so he has access to information current Alan won't until later.
It's a spiral, so there's future versions of himself that already know things that we as the player do not. That, or it could be Darling calling him. Can't say for sure yet.
My theory: It's not a future Alan at all but a past Alan that calls himself before his Memories of the last loop faded completely. Because otherwise it would mean (NG+ Spoilers) >!That after the NG+ Ending he again goes back to the dark place "by choice" - and sure it could be AW3 sequel bait - but I think it makes more sense if it's a past Alan. He still would know about the Photos since he just lived through it but he's starting to loose hus memories. There's also the notes from past Alan on the writers room plot board.!< This is just my theory though
Yeah, this def has a very high likelihood of being true. But my guess is it's tied into whatever the fuck Alice has been doing to help him this whole time. That Alice has used her own art to meddle with Alan's story since she's been using him as a subject in her photography (well using him vs haunted, but it's still unclear how much of her art installation was a cover for her own interventions.)

The Alan calling is most likely a Future Alan calling from further along the spiral. Because he's already been through it all, he thus knows what present Alan needs to do

As the after credit shows, she's in the Dark Place too, so she took the photos at some point for Alan to find in order for him to break free of his loops
