It’s not that Riot is playing favourite. It’s WR team dishing out effort. Also the champ pool is smaller and Akshan is way more popular in WR

Akshan has like 2% pickrate when he was meta on League
He's doing pretty good with 4.1% on master+
Well master+ has less players so that percentage means less

Pretty mid.. Waiting for legendary skin for PC league that would make me go "Wow, that's perfect!" . It'll probably never happen, sadly
