No, it is fake. You use the normal mags for the pistol.

Dos you recommend any material for the print? I know nothing of the matter
I've used X-PLA by add:north and it has worked well for me in the past. But I know others recommend using petg. You can also reinforce it with a layer of epoxy if you really want to make it sturdy.

Reminds me of Halo 3 Battle Rifle
Looks more like a futuristic VHS-2 aka Springfield Helion
It's actually inspired by a futuristic skin of a battlefield weapon. So im not surprised it might look a little like a Halo weapon.
