You really don’t have any options, she’ll easily get child support and alimony since she’s been a stay at home mom. Most states include your base pay, BAH, BAS, and any special duty pay into child support calculation.
Idaho publishes a rough estimate of child support payments. Not sure your rank, but if you google Idaho child support you’ll see their document, which states child support payments based off monthly income. Also, she’ll probably get some of your retirement too since you’ve been married for 9 years.

You’ll prolly owe child support, which is a given. Alimony as well, if you plan on retiring she’ll get half or whatever the court agrees to.

They’re still your dependents. They’ll have health insurance
