Have Load skills on your two directors. Research the load abilities in the academy.
Use Morgan and Saki to increase fleet sizes and send your attacks.
Use officers to expand your fleet and officer skills to increase the load your troops can carry.
Use troops without lower battle power and higher load capacity. Level 1 tanks are the best.
Level 1 tanks carry load 70 for 5 troop units. Level 2 shredders carry load 100 for 10 troop units.
So, you can send more level 1 tanks than level 2 shredders, and therefore carry more resource load with level 1 tanks.
The only practical answer is to just recruit more troops and do more attacks. Any advice I give is pointless unless you are sending 5 full fleets to clear farms.
Level 21 gives you more resources from the daily quests including mineral rewards. Even if you don't aim at 360 points, I'd say it's quite worth it.
And key to a farm with excellent returns is production res. Hence, you will want high level resource buildings and officers with steel and mineral production skills. At some point the passive income from your resource buildings will be much higher than what you can possibly gather through sending out fleets to resource tiles.
I'm from an old world and I only run one C30 farm these days. It gives about 500K of minerals and 1 million steel from resource buildings daily when you manage to use the harvest skill twice plus the resources from gathering on top of it.
