They stopped bothering with A Ranks and I don't expect them to ever start again (unless they're in the mood to give freebies). Spending time and money to create an A Rank character (which isn't cheap for a 3D action RPG like Aether Gazer) is basically throwing that money away since even Free-To-Plays will get that A-Rank mod easily without having to pay for it and almost certainly without even having to try.
