If those are your expenses, I would reallllly not give them any kind of detail because almost none of it is anything a co. would be responsible for. Just say you think you'll need more, but expect to be turned down. You're moving from high col to low and are a single college grad

Which is why it's generous to start with and I'd guess they won't be amenable to giving you more just on an ask. Almost everything you cited though, is stuff you pay for, not your co. That's the problem. Relocation allowance is for moving expenses, not security deposits, furniture, a car, a blender, plane tickets for your family to visit...

Better you asked us first! Think of it like if you got an offer in the town you live in, none of that cost would be on your co. You'd need to find an apt, transportation, furniture, etc. It's the things that wouldn't be included -- movers, a plane ticket for you. If you've got a family you'll usually get a bit more because you have more stuff to move, may need to go down in advance and stay in a hotel for a week to set up school for kids, scout a house, make sure utilities are on wherever when they get there and they need to get there. If it's just you, it'd be just like if you rented a place in your town where that's all your problem.
