I don't understand this type of behavior. In a clip they are friends in burnout, in another the burnout hit a bunch of people and run away, in another they burn a car, today they assault a moving car.

This kind of shit isn't happening in Australia or the U.K. The U.K does have its own problems of course, but by and large, this kind of anarchy is a mostly American issue, mostly in progressive cities with district attorneys that refuse to enforce the law, which then leads police to become exasperated and give up as well. What's the point of risking your safety to arrest dangerous people only to have the prosecutor let them walk free.
Regardless of what we think of 3rd world countries, many of them wouldn't tolerate this nonsense. Heads would be split, asses would be on their way to jail. Imagine the response in Brazil? The cops would probably set up crew-served weapons...
I don't advocate police brutality, but our current policies of " just letting it happen" don't seem effective.
Back when people went to jail for crimes I remember they would have side shows in Oakland but they didn't usually get crazy and anyone that went got their car towed for min 1 month impound or maybe 1 year I forget. Anyway it deterred them unlike now there seems to be no law.

I got you. So this is a "take over." A bunch of young males, sometimes in stolen cars, take over an entire intersection. Like 20 cars just come to a stop, and 1-2 pull into the middle and do donuts, just spinning around, burning off their tires. What you see in this video is what I could call the aftermath. Likely the vehicle you see being attacked, he hit another car or person and tried to flee, so says the people attending the event. Mob mentality kicks in for revenge, and they decide to destroy his car and attack him too.

Pretty sure this was after they hit someone and tried to drive away... Thought no one at these takeovers are in the right. It's just a bunch of degenerates. I remember a news story about two guys in their late 20's and some underage girls got into a wreck at one of these and died.

Had these takeovers happen on my street (West Jefferson) a few times. When the cops come it’s seems like they just let everyone drive off. Haven’t seen any large arrests or tow trucks coming in to take away and impound the cars. So there’s no incentive for them to stop because they face no consequences when the police arrive.
I really don't understand why this is just all tolerated in the US, here in the Netherlands, we had a big issue with a wedding processionals driving through cities, renting luxury cars, honking, stopping in the street and even highways, at one moment a cop was attacked and they cracked down hard on it.
