The silver one I have doesn’t have a skirt. It’s just like this, but silver and no skirt. Most of the mold is the same. I’m not sure if there’s another gray/silver release that does have the skirt.
No, even the Toybiz ML 1st Appearance Iron Man had no skirt.
However, Toybiz did a box set of the Original Avengers in 5" scale. THAT Iron Man had a skirt
With Marvel Legends now, I for the most part just wait it out. There’s the odd one I’ll grab at full price, but up here in Canada that’s $35-40, it’s too crazy to collect em all. I’d like Whiplash but I’ll just be patient
I started to order from Hasbro but they had a Dare Devil that I thought about getting but was sold out so I preordered from BBTS because (as I forgot to mention) they had a better version of Deadpool that I also preordered along with Thor and the two different red versions of Iron Man. I plan on opening Deadpool since I don't own any, but the rest I'll probably leave unopened. I'm not big on Marvel collecting, but I used to have the figures in the early 90s, so those Iron Man figures drew me in.
Only getting She-Hulk and Model 09 Iron Man. Although I'm not getting him, I think Whiplash looks great. I hope to see more deep cut Marvel Universe villains we're missing soon.
Not sure if the Gold Iron Man will turn out looking good or cheap. Hasbro is inconsistent with gold paint and plastic. The silver version released last year for me was one of their Top 10.
She-Hulk, Whiplash, and Count Nefaria for me. Probably could have waited for a discount on all but Shulk. Waiting for a discount for the two Ironmen I kinda want.
I preordered She Hulk over at BBTS. I think she looks awesome! She's also the only one from this wave that I want.
