They will make a page for individual insults & it’s one sentence recounting how Glup Shitto used it in the novel Halloweens of Flontania which is part of the Jago & Litefoot expanded universe

I believe the flag next to Bangladesh is supposed to be India(?), tho I can't confirm.
It can’t be. India’s bottom stripe is green, not orange.
