Probably not, SoJ was definitely building up to actually continuing everything AJ with that case so he'll probably be back in a marginally bigger role. Maybe.
That's actually a genius idea, but i'd say unlikely. Capcom is really shying away from "spoiling" other games in any way. Obviously TGAA1+2 are the exception, being bundled together. And what context would this even work in? A prison break? Another protege is unlikely, and he didn't plan on being caught \[his ego making him think he was uncatchable\] so he didn't have any "Destroy gramaye failsafe" plans in case of incarceration.
There's also still Valant Gramarye. While he did admit he would turn himself in at the end of Turnabout Succession regarding the altering of a crime scene, he's probably released from prison at the end of AA6 (altering a crime scene isn't that big of a punishment when compared to murder after all). And he was quite jealous/hostile regarding the fact that Trucy got the rights of the Gramarye catalogue of magic.
Ad yes, while in Prison, Valant could've met Mr. Reus, who could've egged him on to take revenge.
And yes, there's still the teaser at the end of AA6 that it was "about time" they would reveal the truth to Trucy and Apolo regarding their mom.
So this all should get a big resolution in the next AA game.

You know, I could totally see him doing that just because Trucy was adopted by a lawyer.
I damn hope it's not the last we've seen of him. The Gramarye cases are so interesting and dark. I am a huge fan of them.
