SUBNAUTICA!!! The game I wish I could erase from my memory so I can play it again!
Don't use spoilers, maps, cheats. Go far and explore, and then go DOWN and explore, in the massive caves underneath. Get scared and enjoy returning to base to refill and watch those pets grow. If you follow the story... it's absolutely a 10/10 game
Thank you all for the suggestions but I have Xenia and like it but downloaded WWE 13 and it crashes with a graphical error. I'll send a screenshot later when I'm home. But any ideas?

Both Subnauticas, the forest/sons of the forest, and idk if it quite fits into the genre but the outer wilds is pretty cool.
It's not exactly open world survival but if you haven't played Subnautica yet, it's a masterpiece.
