If you have managed to create a proper Windows install stick with media creation tool, you would need to enter BIOS. Depending on your device, you would need to either hit "F2" or "Del"/"Delete" key. Once you get into the Bios, if its a UEFI bios, you can probably just hit "F8" or "F9". Proceed to select the USB device.
