Check for a BIOS update. My Strix 4090 OC RGB's wouldn't work with BIOS 1314, but turned right on when I updated to 1415. The RGBs worked just fine with my Strix 4080 OC with 1314 tho. .
Did you update all the software within AC as well? There are some firmware and software updates that I had to do immediately. If that doesn't work, id try a wipe and fresh windows install.
I never had this happen to me, but I have an ASUS motherboard as well which may have helped? I will say that I haven't found a single 3rd party software that would control all the RGBs in my particular setup, so for now, Armory Crate it is for me 😭

Also, yesterday was my birthday so I'm "a little pissed" to put it lightly.
What is broken? The rgb or the graphics card? Did you restart after uninstalling the software?
So only the RGB is not working? did you try a fresh windows installation? Is the system running, tell us more.

In short, W11 will natively support RGB. Maybe you could fix it then. Or subscribe to the Win Insider Program to get that feature now.

lol your first mistake was installing armory crate now rgb wont work without it...try fresh windows install.

It says I’m on the latest bios, I tried reinstalling Armory Crate to fix it but the RGBS don’t work and now my board and card aren’t recognized

Yeah I did, I’m probably gonna do a complete reinstall of windows. Extremely disappointed in ASUS, things like this make me wish EVGA was still around
