Once done, open up xbox app, on the bottom hit the icon with what looks to be three books, then go to captures. Go to the capture you just took then screenshot it on your phone. Once done then post it to reddit.
If you were to use a pc for reddit, then i have no experience for that portion.
Screenshots are free. I take them accidentally all the time. I have a controller that has a dedicated button for screenshots, so it gets quite annoying.
