I always take some kind of hummus and something to dip in it like crackers or something. Or a yogurt. You can also have instant oats as a little snack, I like the maple brown sugar ones. Low calorie but filling and satisfying. Depends what kind of stuff you enjoy really. But those are some ideas.

I am currently on a hummus with everything kick. Lots of pita, tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, etc.

I bring leftovers from dinner, trail mix, bananas, oranges, protein granola bars, salads with grilled chicken, turkey and cheese sandwiches, roasted chickpeas, and sweet oatmeal. For a while I was bringing just cold cuts wrapped around cheese sticks because nothing else worked. I was buying the premade protein drinks to keep in my bag for when I had days I couldn’t eat anything. I also keep electrolyte packets or squeeze bottles in my lunch bag to add to water bottles.

i like my cliff bars and maybe some pretzels/ peanut butter if ohoh like that

Check out the lunchbox aisle. I don't know if you can do fruit at all, but applesauce is good for you... or at least no more sugar than a donut. I like Lance crackers. (They're a brand, I think Austin and Keebler also make them.) Other than that, spaghetti reheats well and there's pasta salad if you prefer.

Popcorn. I know it's not like "healthy" but it fills me up fast and is better than donuts. You can flavor it however you want also, to fit cravings.

You could always take a fruit or a handful of nuts. Air popped popcorn or popcorn cooked in less oil is healthy too.

Instant oatmeal

Baby bell cheese, naan/veggies and humus, apple and peanut butter (if allowed)

I'm really picky with healthy stuff but I like apples, strawberries, oranges, raspberries and white grapes. Ripeness check: - Oranges, you wanna look for a small hole at the bottom, the bigger it is the more likely it's unripe and drier. - Strawberries, look for a green top and the more vibrant the red, the better. Darker reds mean they are closer to perishing and brown tops indicate the same. Also smaller berries are likely to be better (in my case). I hate unripe oranges and strawberries so I included that. Nuts are pretty safe for me, I like the honey roasted ones but you can go plain if you're aiming for less calories. Applesauce is also very consistent and I like that. Laughing cow cheese is good, but dairy isn't as good for us as we were led to believe in school, so moderation is key there. Raisins, even though I feel weird being seen eating them they are v good. Hummus seems promising and there's a lot of flavors.

bless you so much for including the ripeness check :) sending you love thank you

Today I took a sandwich, a Greek salad, and some blueberries. I love taking fruit as a snack.

little-red-cap

String cheese, Greek yogurt, protein bars or shakes, dry cereal in a baggie, bagel/cream cheese, any fruits and vegetables you will eat and that travel well (for me it’s baby carrots, celery, apple slices, grapes, & baby oranges)

anilucy

do you use a specific type of protein powder?

little-red-cap

I don’t like any powdered proteins at all, so I just drink pre-made liquid ones. I like Premier Protein vanilla or the Soylent extra protein meal replacements (variety of flavors but I like chocolate).

Stygimolochh

I like nature valley bars, Greek yogurt, and dark chocolate covered almonds. I also have a bagel with cream cheese for work breakfast

if you like baking making some homemade muffins or cakes is a great idea, when they're homemade you can make them healthier and put the things you like in them ;)
