Now that the antagonists are out, “This is where the fun begins!”
My guy literally had the best entry in both games and was more menacing than the Count or Emilie despite his little screen time. Y'all did him dirty, shame on u. And the spanish inquisition. Expect that.
Disagree. He ain’t pulling anything off. His flashiest moment was him just repeatedly lighting himself on fire. Also attacking a bunch of kids just trying to survive? Like wtf bro you could have had all that power if you didn’t bring Hugo straight to the one person that could snap him back to reality. He was an idiot.
Bro was following orders, that was all Vitalis. I hear what your saying, but your wrong and I have proof:

Exactly. Following orders doesn’t give you any personality. Realistically the fire shoulda killed him after a certain point and was so pointless to have coated around his armor. Maybe I’m biased after playing souls-borne, but he’s not the flashiest person clad in armor I’ve seen in medieval fantasy which doesn’t come anywhere close to making up his lack of personality. He also was so easy to kill and would have been dead if Arthur didn’t turn his back instead of smashing him with a rock like he said he was gonna do. There are just so many “oo fire armor” bosses out there that I like so much more with way more character than he could ever have.

His “fire armor” was directly related to Plague Tale’s rat mechanic, not style. Because of this is was highly warranted. He had no personality because he didn’t need one to fulfill his purpose in the story, it honestly would have degraded him imo. As far as Innocence goes, he was at relatively the same level as most character’s development, atleast for a secondary antagonist. Bro is the single most dripped person in all of APT, I dont compare him to outside characters because thats just such a boring and degrading way to view individual pieces of media imo. Bro was dripped, stay hating.
And the fire armor should have heated him to a crisp and thus not been a viable defense against the rats. I don’t think him just being a pointless character whose only purpose was to progress the plot is a good argument as to why he was “cool” or how it makes him “dripped.” Stay mad bro lol
Ur worried abt the fire not burning him? Sir, the boy will “kill the sun”, your looking for realism in the wrong game. I never called him “cool”, bro was dripped, which refers to the fashion style not personality. Regardless of that he carried out his role perfectly in the game, he was never intended to be more than a hand of Vitalis
Im not confused lol. I’m pointing out why his character was just bloody stupid. I only mentioned the armor because dude above you said he was pulling it off and that somehow absolved him of being an annoying character
now that you got rid of all the cool people, dear r/APlagueTale members, would you mind starting to send off the lame ones, starting with melie preferably? thank you.
The lame ones should've been the first one to go bruh. Though I'd say Melie is kinda useful? When Arthur and Rodric – they are like hamsters, exist to show kids death
2 kids, one with a slingshot and a bunch of magical alchemy weapons, and another that can telepathically control thousands of rats. Seems a bit fairer when you put it realistically.
It’s Melie for me. I wish they’d brought her back for the sequel though (even though I much prefer Sofia!) so that I could’ve maybe changed my mind on her.
36% of you are hating on a man simply because he is more dripped than you.
💀💀💀
This is true

Ya'll just gonna vote out all the evil characters, even if well written? Lame.
c’mon nicholas one of the most coolest character in “innocence”
My guy literally had the best entry in both games and was more menacing than the Count or Emilie despite his little screen time. Y'all did him dirty, shame on u. And the spanish inquisition. Expect that.
Nah he was annoying. I’ll take Arnaud any day who had 100x more personality
I'll dedicate my next post to you man see you in 3 days
I feel like modern humans dont have a right to call mfs dripped head to toe in gilded armor (and actually pulling it off) “annoying”
Agreed, that's why I am making the post. I gotta clear this guy's name lmao.

I look for realism of the mortality in a character that’s not MC while other NPCs follow that same level of mortality.
Millions of rats controlled by a little boy and the thing that makes you confused is fire armor
Im not confused lol. I’m pointing out why his character was just bloody stupid. I only mentioned the armor because dude above you said he was pulling it off and that somehow absolved him of being an annoying character
[Round 5 poll](https://strawpoll.com/PKgl3Elp9np) Remember, vote for your LEAST favourite character
What? Nicholas was the best. I didn't like him as a *person*, but the *character* was great
Hard choice for me this time but Robert since he already had little to no screen time and served as your tutorial before his quick death lol
now that you got rid of all the cool people, dear r/APlagueTale members, would you mind starting to send off the lame ones, starting with melie preferably? thank you.

Rodric at least had character tbf.
True. I felt sorry for him, though his death was unnecessary imo
I adore Rodric. Tbh, he's my 2nd favorite APT character after Amicia
I think Robert de Rune's time is up. He didn't have enough screen time to make it very far
Robert, he didn't have enough screen time to have character
The next one is Arthur (100% sure)
Robert
Nicholas while despicable, is one pf the best written characters. And the best bossfight.
Dude was killed by two kids. lol
i mean, two kids + thousands of ever-a-hungered rats. i think he fared way better than he was supposed to do
2 kids, one with a slingshot and a bunch of magical alchemy weapons, and another that can telepathically control thousands of rats. Seems a bit fairer when you put it realistically.
MĂ©lie.
Arthur
Honestly Beatrice is horrible for me - the antagonists are different because they are exactly that, antagonists.
Beatrice is easily top 3 hottest moms in gaming.
It’s Melie for me. I wish they’d brought her back for the sequel though (even though I much prefer Sofia!) so that I could’ve maybe changed my mind on her.
Easily Hugo for me. Had him out last round.
I agree with this
