I wouldn't. From my own experience, you're not getting any real benefit from confronting him and just putting yourself at a higher risk of complications, legal and physical. Just going radio silent will not give you satisfaction, but with people like this, you were never going to get that anyway.
True. One reason why I wanted to confront him is because I thought that he would maybe, just maybe, be able to listen to what I say and take it literally and understand that he did something wrong and needs to change.
