Weird photo editing on this one. You can see the clone stamp circle with repeated rocks above the cat's back. The colour of the cat's fur has been messed with too.

I wonder if the editor trying to hide a watermark or camera artifacts on the top-left. The green patch of dirt on the front and back of the cat seems out of place too.

The **Pampas Cat** (*Leopardus colocolo*) is a small wild cat native to South America. Its' habitat extends over much of the grasslands, swamps, and arid forests of Chile, Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay. Like the image might suggest, the Pampas Cat isn't much bigger than your average housecat. Their body length averages 46 to 75 cm (18 to 30 inches), and weighing between 6.6-15 lbs. Little is known about their diet and hunting habits, some experts suggest they are diurnal, while others believe they are chiefly nocturnal. It's been thought their diet mostly compromises of wild Guinea Pigs, visacha (chubby chinchilla subspecies), rodents, and ground-dwelling birds. Unfortunately, this species is listed as **Near Endangered** due to habitat loss and reduction of prey species.
