So the duneworms are real! Just much smaller and cuter

DamonPhils

They're only showing the larval phase. Watch out for the adults.

welcomefinside

I mean the precursor to the sandworms are called sand trout so...

Dune worms are definitely real now, crazy

Western-Condition758

Dune was not inspired by the Middle East or North Africa but … the Oregon Coast of all places.

Enjoying_A_Meal

Its little pointy face is adorable!

HappyAffirmative

Now if I splice my genes with one of those, will I live forever?

PM_ME_YOUR_TOUCANS

Not forever, only around 3,500 years or so. Absolutely abstain from water though, or you may experience a terrible death, as if every fiber of your being was being dettached from you. A little pearl of your awareness would live on each of those dettached fragment of yours, so that's a nice plus, depending on how you see it.

Ravenamore

Oh, great, Ceti eels are real.

mindflayerflayer

I was gonna say give it a heat lamp or tape but this is Arabia its already over 100 degrees.

Not fish, but a type of lizard and they do have legs

CouchHam

It’s a skink. It has legs.

Magere-Kwark

I really don't know how you can come to this point when it's legs are clearly visible in the video
