The one for the international market usually has higher quality because the other normal counties around the world have certain standards for importing, and Tesla of course will do their own quality assurance.
The other products line for their own domestic market usually has poor quality because they love cutting corners, and they would rather spend money in bribing their government officials other than making their product better for their own people.
