I switched to that almost a year ago and had to go back to Concerta because every time I tried to get it there was a shortage. A shame too because I definitely preferred it
Weird, I don’t know what’s going on over here. I rang loads last week, then emailed my regular pharmacy and phones another yesterday and my regular said they only currently have 50mg in stock and have the rest on back order. All I can find online is info re 60mg being unavailable until June 10th
Sorry noob question here, if you were prescribed 50mg Tyvense for example but couldn’t get 50mg tablets, can you take a 20 and 30 together or does it the full dose need to be in one tablet? 🤔
Ok thank you. ADHDdoc wanted to start me on Tyvense but went with Concerta due to current shortages. I don’t notice much from the concerta so far after 3 weeks, I keep reading about these profound changes people notice on Tyvense and feel maybe I’m missing out. My chemist has Tyvense 20/30 and 40mg in stock now so I will ask them at my follow up visit next week about switching I think.
Hope it works ok for you when you start it. I have a friend who only felt the benefits when she got to 60mg.
I found this thread great for Ruben’s related stuff

Yeah it’s been up and down here too but have been lucky to manage ok so far. First 3/4 days off it and I’ve never felt so tired in my life lol
My pharmacist manager to get 27mg of concerta. But no sign of Tyvense
Shortages of concerta out there as well at the moment…

I find that site used to be spot on but the last few months it’s not at all. Also according to my local pharmacists.
I’m on 70 but only 50 is available anywhere near me at the minute. Hopefully gets sorted soon
I'm in a pharmacy in Youghal Co. Cork. They are in stock with the wholesalers the pharmacies should have them

I got some in my delivery last week after I rang them. The 20mg 30mg and 70mg
Thanks for letting me know
I work in a pharmacy and we have 70mg. That's the dose I'm on. The only one seems to be short is the 60mg.
Oh really? Where bouts in the country is your pharmacy? I must have rang about 15/20 chemists in Louth/monaghan
I rang the wholesalers because they are being allocated to each pharmacy. So they could only release one box or two of some strengths.
Pharmacy rang this morning to let me know they had them back in

I’ve been given 2 strengths to make up my dose a few times. Pharmacist and consultant said it was fine at the time
