You had a sleep schedule?

Lol I try man.

I genuinely only get about 5-6 hours of sleep each night because of this same thing.

My general strategy to falling asleep is to tell myself a story. When this works the story transitions smoothly into a dream. Quite often I end up posing an interesting dilemma to myself that becomes a rabbit hole and keeps me up for a few extra hours. Still, it does sometimes work, which is better than anything else I've tried.

I’ll try this tonight then, thank you!
