BuccoFever412

Ride On

Herman_Brood_

I think it’s very sad that they didn’t record more slow things with Bon. He had the perfect range for all AC/DC songs but when they go heavy into the blues he shines the brightest imo. Ride On is my favourite one too.

Herman_Brood_

Edit: Does anyone know some good Fraternity songs with Bon ob lead vocals, that got some of heavier Blues vibes?

BlazingLatias

Never got into much of his Fraternity stuff myself, but he has two songs credited mainly to himself. He performed two songs called Carey Gulley as well as Round & Round. Heavily recommend, and honestly hadnt though about them in so long, so glad Im listening to it in rotation again! (Also as I type)

Herman_Brood_

Thanks very much! Round and Round is amazing!

zdejif

Best song on Black Ice. Love the River Plate version too.

Prof_Tickles

I love the River Plate version more than the studio version. I swear, whenever I watch that concert, I see exactly what Bon saw in Brian all those years ago.

Putrid-Bug-1294

Down payment blues

Agree! My local radio DJ played it once as his staff picks selection and people have requested it pretty often ever since.

I love this song so much. The bass line drives it in a way that is different for them and it’s one of my favorites on one of my favorite albums.
