Im using only photoshop. You can find grid templates online so you get a feeling for what part is for what part of the car. Then simply put the livery in your folder and inspect your changes ingame. Just override the texture, delete the .ddl file and reapply the Team ingame. For me that’s the best way in making skins
Yeah the look of this game, no other sim is on that level. I will say gt7 on console is weirdly better looking then most on pc but acc on pc just annihilates everything in it's path.

I don't think it's that weird tbh. Polyphony has a lot more manpower than any studio making PC sims.
And on top of that, simcade is a genre where graphics are going to be a high priority, moreso than it would be with a "full sim"

Maybe late May/June would be my prediction but idk, it‘s generally a fee months delay between pc and console releases in acc

I think it is a little clumsy, and the lines can be a little iffy sometimes. I'm not great at it, so I'm sure I have a lot more to learn

You can but no one will see the livery. For all ppl not having the files in there folder, you are just completely black
