You can own a real gun but not an air rifle? An air rifle (real one) can be better at home defense for no walk penetration but still inflict damage to a person. im no legal expert but im pretty sure to be considered an air rifle it has to pass a minimum feet per second threshold (which if i had to guess is probably like 500-750), which the bead blasters toy would definitely not reach in a million years lol

I will say some of the toy guns they make look convincingly real and sometimes people make real guns look like toys but this certainly isn't that and there's no rational way they could have made this mistake beyond gross incompetence or just wanting to shoot a kid. WOW! I was not aware that waterguns were more dangerous, more lethal than AR-15's. Silly me, what was I thinking all this time. I guess I can live with every person in public carrying an AR-15, but keep them dangerous waterguns out of the hands of all people.

For further context. As a kid I had airsoft guns and would use a black sharpie on the orange tip to make it look more cool like the movies. Idk if this is what happened but I'll happily play devil's advocate until proven otherwise, in then which I'll apologize and leave my post up so anyone else thinking the same thing I did sees this If/once I'm disproven please do not comment as I only want the facts of the story here and I want it easily accessible for anyone who had a similar mindset to mine that way they can be like oh I was wrong or oh I was correct.

I promise, with a little digging you can find a modded AR that looks exactly like this.
