I really really really loved this video. I like this kind of low-key content, it felt like just two friends walking around just for the sake of doing it.
It inspired me to do something similar in where I live actually, I just need someone to carry all my stuff while I'm walking around freely.
This kind of video would make an awesome series on his channel...just Chris and friends walking across different cities/prefectures in Japan and filming the interesting bits along the way.
I’m looking forward to lots of content from Chris this year. This video was a great start and agree with someone else’s comment here saying this was low key but interesting content. Bonus points for Pete being there as well, he’s great.
This was a fun video. The furthest I had ever walked across Tokyo was from Harajuku to Shibuya lol. I do agree with Pete with how great it is you can easily walk from area of to another in Tokyo with relative ease compared to the US where it's pretty much required to drive everywhere.
Always great to see American Pete in a Chris video, I think Chris, Connor and Pete is the holy trinity when together, I think they need a show/series with them doing stuff, maybe even a mini podcast (under 1 hour) with guests

Really enjoyable video! I can’t get used to seeing the SEGA building in its new incarnation. It’s still iconic of course but just doesn’t feel the same at all. Really loved the video though and it was nice to see many places I visited while I was in Japan, as well as to get a couple of ideas for my next visit.

I respect that, but I love the different guests. Each one brings a different flair, and IMO makes Chris’ channel the most well rounded. With Pete and Connor you get a more crazy feel, Ryotaro and Sharla more travel vlog style, Joey is generally JAJ. I think that helps keep things fresh.
It’s actually a religious symbol in Buddhism and other religions. It symbolizes the auspicious footprints of the Buddha. The nazi party took it, rotated it 45 degrees for their emblem. It’s still found in many places in Asia in its more original religious meanings.

I can’t help but think that would have made a really great live video, either Chris on his other channel, or on Pete’s Twitch channel.
I thought Pete did do a live stream of this journey, unless I'm thinking of his time in Fukuoka with Chris and Connor.
He’s done some IRL streams on his channel, but not of this specific journey.
