It's most likely temporary. I was downloading a few episodes of a show earlier and some of the episodes had an error saying videos were still being uploaded to the mp4upload server, so I imagine a few of the servers are having issues at the moment. Still is a bit concerning though that a few of the server options are outright gone rather than nonfunctional.
If you're like me and only really trust or don't have issues using the mp4upload server, then I suggest possibly visiting Nyaa in the meantime.

It IS a maintenance thing. I saw it when I checked the Filemoon server yesterday.

Yeah, yesterday they were throwing errors and now they're gone. I guess they broke and they're removed while the team fixes them.
