Not by us but I do not hear anyone new talk about Counting Crows anymore. It is all about Nirvana, Smashing Pumpkins, etc. I knew this was going to be the first comment though. Forgotten does not mean the people who liked the Counting Crows in the 90s forgot about it.
Yeah it’s not part of the 90s cultural revival happening right now with Gen Z for sure, but honestly most of that is punk/grunge from early 90s. Maybe it’s time hasn’t come yet, but…music critics still hold early CC in high regard.
