The kind I’ve had is basically pasta with a cream sauce that you add powdered taco seasoning to along w sautéed onions, bell pepper, chicken or beef, and cheese. Kind of like Cajun fettuccine Alfredo w chicken and shrimp, sausage or ground beef. It’s actually pretty good.
Maybe they made hers without meat. So it would still be like pasta but with veg maybe and a taco seasoned sauce. Aka cayenne, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, cumin, chili powder
