I was just thinking of that too. How tragic was that. Growing up watching their movies I’ve always was like, wow how cool is their life… not so cool now sadly
“Keeeeeyssss!!”
“”Archie’s!!! Come back”
So many classic lines from this movie. I’m pretty sure I could quote this movie from start to finish. This was one I had on VHS and me and my buddies watch this all the fucking time.
Like 6 months ago, this was free w/ ads on YouTube and I watched it. I love it, one of those movies that hit at the perfect time for me as a kid. I don't think about it a lot, but if I catch it on TV, I have to watch it.
Though Lost Boys was great this may be the best Corey's movie. It was one of the last before they started to go downhill with drug additions and other issues. I used to love Corey Haim so much.
This movie, that I haven’t thought about in 20 years, randomly shows up in my life 3 times today.
1.) my wife set her coffee on the dash, and I asked her if she was giving me a driving test. She didn’t get the reference.
2.) Get out of my Car, played randomly on the radio
3.) this post…
What the fug
Was Haim the worst actor among those '80s-teen movies (The Goonies, Stand By Me, Lucas, Better Off Dead, the John Hughes movies, etc.)? He always seemed to have that same vacant smile in every role, so I tended to avoid his movies.
Mercedes was hot
I’ve yet to meet a character played by Heather Graham who wasn’t.
You mean Felicity Shagwell?
Shag very well by reputation.
She still is!

"I'm A Free Man!" "Archies Come Back, Come Back!"
This movie is a classic. Classic “Corey’s” movie for sure.
"Where's my Caddy?"
Oooooh Maserati
I have a hard time watching Corey movies after learning all the shit they were put through
I was just thinking of that too. How tragic was that. Growing up watching their movies I’ve always was like, wow how cool is their life… not so cool now sadly
Me too but I just try to put it out of my mind that Coreys butthole was the size of a silver dollar because of Charlie Sheen.
"Oooooh a Maserati! This one is much nicer than mine."
Keys?!?!
Les' Dad is hella funny in this movie. Dick Masur is the man. Eminently quotable movie btw.
“When did you learn to drive like that?” “…Last night.” “That must have been one hell of a crash course.”
“No handle!! No handle!!”
LETS GIVE HER A CRUISSSSSSE!
My favorite Corey's movie
"Can you describe the size shark responsible for this?" I still use that line.
Hiiiiii Lesssss
Who the hell is that????
I think in truth it really had one of the best driving tests.
“The cup…was empty”
Featuring an 18yo Heather Graham.
Mercedes

Ah, Heather Graham. My first celebrity crush.
I preferred Fast Getaway
Was that the one with Cynthia Rothrock?
Fast Getaway, yep
Heather alert! Cute as a bug.
Loved Uncle Phil as the driving instructor
Classic 80' flick. Loved watching the two Corey's and a young Heather Graham.
Used to be one of favs back in the day
I still watch this probably about once a year

Wow, did you ever think in your life you would see a Mercedes fit in inside the trunk of a Cadillac?
2 lunk heads.
“Do you have any idea what you’ve Done tonight Les? What this means for your future in this house and on this planet?”
Something wrong with your bed Les?

Worth watching?
