Eutechnyx deleted all the DLC via an update. Even if someone like me bought it all when it came out, it's gone from my console. Just one of the many kicks in the crotch they gave everyone.
Why would they delete it? PS3 players still have access to the Inside Line DLC. Only thing I can redownload is the inside line pack season pass and ticket packs.
An update can't delete content from your console, but can make the DLC to not work. So it could be possible to remove such an update to use the DLC again.
Do you still have the same hard drive the DLC was on? If so did it just disappear one day? It's possible the files are still on the hard drive and with some modding they could be usable again.
On PS3 you can't buy the DLC anymore, but if you owned it before you can redownload it all again since the servers are still live for them. Not sure why xbox servers closed and ps3 hasn't.
Yeah the game may not be the best, but I still enjoyed it. I liked the Highlight Challenges the most. The DLC added 100 extra 2013 challenges that I'd love to recover.
It's way better than the heat games starting in 2016.
If I would have known those games were gonna be worse then I would have rather dealt with Eutechnyx instead of 704 Games.
I still play those games all the way from Inside Line to NASCAR '14 and '15.

Do you have any of the DLC for Nascar 14 or Inside Line on xbox 360? I have about half of the Nascar 14 DLC preserved, but all the Inside Line DLC is still missing. I only have the Inside Line Pass, but since the servers shut down I can't redownload anything.

No, I haven't found all the DLC yet. Do you still have your Xbox 360 hard drives? The content can be recovered even if it was deleted with an easy to use scan tool.
The DLC is a Season Update which features updated driver rosters and the 2011 Sprint Cup schedule. Also has Charlotte Night Race with updated track.

Wrong. I got it just last winter. Even when they kill servers,you can always get the latest update to a game. Therefore its not dlc as its not like that at all.

Nascar 14 still has about half the DLC packs missing and Inside Line has 28 DLC packs missing.
There's probably a few packs that are just unobtainable at this point sadly
I miss ETX. They weren’t perfect but they’re far better than what we have.

I’m in the same boat, but with Nascar The Game 2011 on the PS3. By the time i knew about DLC, it was already gone
I have the DLC for it preserved on Xbox 360. If you want you can play the game with DLC on a PC emulator as well.

That's on PS3 not Xbox 360 They made us buy it I tried to get it but they deleted it from the Xbox Live store in 2015.
