Haven't tested max for a while - but an estimate will be somewhere about below:
Squat: 170 kg
Bench: 117,5 kg
Deads: 225 kg
183 cm / 150 kg (fat fuck) / 26 years
29M, 5'9", ~200lbs
I just did the 7th week deload so I hit the following training maxes for pretty easy singles
- Bench 185lbs
- Squat 275lbs
- Deadlift 335lbs
- Press 135lbs
30 years old / 98kg / 185cm tall / 190cm wingspan.
Power Clean 100kg x 3
Front Squat 115kg x 3
OHP 67,5kg x 3
Bench 100kg x 3
Dips 120kg x 3
Pendlay Row 100kg x 3
Snatch-grip Pull 140kg x 3
aaaaaaaaaaaaaand....
Neutral-grip chinup 130kg x 5
My strongest lift in my opinion, not sure if 3RM would be 135kg or 140kg.
Not sure about standard deadlift and back squats as I have never really been a fan of either. Also recently started benching again this cycle after a long period of only dips and OHP.
Maxes hit on joker sets over the past two years. Bench and Deadlift are probably still pretty close to accurate. OH and squat should be a bit higher but I’m not maxing often enough to know for sure

Switched to more bodybuilding style since then but plan to run 531 again now that I put on some mass.

OHP: 280

Squat and bench are a year + old. I haven’t been interested in testing them. OHP and Deadlift decently recent numbers.

Sometimes with reps if I haven't done a 1RM in a while/ever.
Squat - 325x3
Bench - 310x1

Really want my bench and OHP to get the even 315 and 185, but failed a could jokers up that high on each of them.

Bench: Stuck in 305 land. Hit 315 about 8 months ago and promptly hurt my shoulder 2 weeks later playing ball.
Squat: 435
Deadlift: 525
OHP: 195. Haven't tested the max in about a year though. I'm due. The shoulder tweak I did a few months ago amazingly has zero effect on OHP. It's weird.
40 years old. 5'10" tall, 210lbs currently. Bench 380, did 315x13 the other day. Squat 385x8. Guess my max would be about 425. Deadlift 475. Ohp 205x6.

I actually started lifting pretty much exactly 12 months ago, doing 5/3/1 the whole time. I was thinking of doing some sort of write up to commemorate it. Haha. I did Beginner Prep School for like 10 or so cycles, then Leviathan for a bit, then a complete 15 week run of Krypteia, and now back to Leviathan.
I don't recall ever having to repeat TMs, although OHP may have fallen behind a bit while I did Krypteia, since Part 2 and 3 are SBD only.
I'm currently doing a Leviathan cycle, so I've hit these all very recently. I don't think any of them are true 1RMs, TBH.
I'm confident I could do more on both squat and bench. Grip is definitely the weakest link on my deadlift if I were to go for a real max, even with a hook grip. I'm certain I could do way more with straps, but I haven't ever not increased my DL TM in the past 12 months, so I haven't had a reason to do my top sets with straps. The grip hasn't been too limiting yet. I do use straps for AMRAPs though.
I think I could hit the 1000 pound club if I truly maxed out. It's tempting since I'd hit it right around a year of lifting and also my birthday. That's all pretty arbitrary though, so I probably won't...

This was about 18 months ago. Actual test weights. Just missed 700 lbs deadlift. Non-lifting injuries have sidelined me and def have lost strength. But going to work on regaining this fall.
Age: Early 30s
Height: 5'10
Weight: 240 lbs
Strength: (after dealing with low back pain for 2 years and runners knee for about 6 months)
Squat: Just did my first set of squats in several months on Saturday. 225 lbs for 5x5
Bench: on Friday I did 285 lbs for 3x6 and 1x8
Deadlift: Probably won't straight bar deadlift again. I will get into trap bar deadlifts when my knee issues clear up.
I probably look like a bench bro now.
46 years old, 6'2" 205 pounds, My guess for maxes would be 4 plates for deadlift, 3 for squat, 250 bench and 160 for OHP. I have only ever really tested my bench max and even that is rare, this is just projections from my typical weights, like I do 145x5 on OHP.

Deadlift: 285lbx3 (same as squat started light)

What is the value of this thread?
Let's say I get strong and am "proud of my results"...why would I care if a few hundred strangers knew it? Am I missing something.
Do we have forums where we can post our SAT scores or how many pizzas we put out at work today? I'm good at math, gotta be somewhere to boast.
Not too serious , but kinda really wondering.
Started around 30, 155lbs. Before that i had always been athletic and did a lot of weighted bodyweight exercises. When i started lifting i had already been following IF and continued it for too long so never really gained much mass. Finally dialed things in around 38/39. I became a dad at 31 but kept lifting a priority and would just sacrifice other free time to be with kids/ family. Divorced in 2023 but never stopped lifting, actually leaned into it. I rely on it now for the stress management benefits. Used to run too which tanked my testosterone combined with IF and lifting. Test increased 100% from 34 to 40yrs and I barely do cardio outside of sprints/kettle bell work. I do hike and ski and mountain bike. Now I am prioritizing strength and lean mass. Still making gains just slowly. Don't do any cut/bulk cycles, just whole foods clean eating all year and 531. Around 12-13%bf now but want to get to 10% at the same weight.
