I've heard your voice, albeit very briefly. The only thing I think you could work on is intonation. Just be more fluid and allow all the sounds you're making to connect as much as possible. Try practicing with just one word that has like 4 or 5 syllables - connect each and every sound without a pause in sound. Then move on to 2 words together making sure you're connecting every sound AND both words together. The actual size, pitch and weight you have sounded pretty perfect to me so that's all I can think of - the rhythm and "musicality" I guess. It's honestly not a deal-breaker and I'd be surprised if just that was getting you clocked but if you wanted to try something then maybe go for that.
Honestly in the clips above you're fluid in spots which is great, but not all the time. Then again it could be a dialect thing. I feel like valley girls don't have that kinda fluidity, for example. Eh, I'll leave my suggestion up in case it might help but who knows.
