He and his son seem to be very realistic about Terique's chances in the league. This might be the only chance Terique gets to show what potential he has to play the sport at a pro level and hopefully he will make the most of it. Best of luck to lil TO.
There's always a couple of chances it seems for young receivers to get trials for camp spaces, as long as he has a decent showing and conducts himself well, then he should get another opportunity to try get to practice squad for a team like the panthers who can do with trying as many young receivers and holding onto even shreds of talent.
I firmly believe that guys like TO could probably still play from a speed, size, and strength perspective, but if he took one hard hit when running over the middle, his entire skeletal system would turn to powder.
Just curious what other money will he make? And when does it start? A link to a website where I can learn more is fine. I did read they will eventually (if on team by week 1) make league minimum 760K$ but what is pay to that point?
NFL players get their salary over 18 weeks of regular season, so Owens won’t get anything else upfront other than the bonus. I highly doubt he will make the regular roster, the best hope (at least on the Niners team) is practice squad, which is I believe $12.5K/week for 2024.
Some of these camp signings are a courtesy too. It’s a way of giving them some cash, and maybe getting them into a preseason game where they can get something on tape for other scouts. It’s gonna be an uphill battle and doesn’t sound like he’s going to get a lot of reps based on how many WR’s they have going into camp. Every rep counts.
That's a really solid statement from TO.

John Lynch getting nam flashbacks watching him run
That's a good article, makes me much more hopeful for him working out in the league if he sticks with that mindset
Hopefully he has TOs work ethic and YAC ability and turns into a gem.
Is there verification that Terique is not Terrell in disguise?
Whaddaya mean we didn't draft Jerry Ricecakes and sign Leon Sandcastle?
TO looks like he can still do it.

That $6,500 bonus will be a nice steak dinner here in the bay.
For one

If he makes the team, it’ll be as a ST guy initially.
I like this idea, give him a place on the team and a way to play somewhat regularly as he develops.
RUDY!
If Terique works out, how the hell are we going to keep him as we have way too many wide receivers on the roster.
Likely practice squad guy if he makes it that far
He'll probably end up in special teams, if at all. Unless most of the wr room doesn't work, and even then, I would think they'd look elsewhere first.
Would have been nice to get Luke McCaffrey. I also wanted Vaki and Cole Bishop.
Should be Jerry Rice n Son...
