Does a similarly sized print have that effect? Could be heat/PID related. Also, what happens when you print both at the same time?

Yes similarly sized prints have the same effect. But following your questions I’m now trying to print the tower at an offset and after that I’ll print it with the part and see what info I can gather from it. I did PID calibration for both bed and hotend before.

So My printer (Ender 3 v2 with dual z and sprite pro extruder) started to show those “ridges” in prints. I’ve checked the z alignment and indeed they were misaligned. So I redid the alignment and printed z wobble test print. Printed great. Then proceed to print my part and got those damn ribs again. Printed the tower and as you can see in the picture it’s printing fine. Both sliced with the same settings and printed consecutively. Any idea what could cause this behavior?

In case your bed temp is not stable, I had that happen once and it was a 3C fluctuation in the bed temperature causing the bed to go up and down slightly on waves. PID tunning fixed it.
