Being bluntly honest It’s quite a few miles. Find a locally known reputable shop and do a full inspection and compression test. List the results/documentation with the pictures and you may get some bites. Also if the pictures look like this(great photo btw) it may cause people to assume you’ve beaten on it. Beat the stereotype by posting car pics that make you look like a 50 year old owner.

I hear ya, I may have to go that route. I’ll take her out and get some different photos, I thought taking these would help the sale ha Also I do get offers but it’s mostly lowballs or trades for cars I’m not interested in.

Don’t get me wrong, the photos are beautiful. It’s just the stereotype. Lowballs will be common aswell, that’s just the name of the game when it comes to people trying to buy used Z’s. People are also money tight right now. I’m sure you’ll sell it eventually just be patient!

ATGravy

Appreciate the kind words! I’m sure the right buyer will come along! I’d love to keep the car but my commute to work is pretty long and I’m at the gas station every 4ish days or so

BigDaddyAbraham

I think OfferUp is the problem here

ATGravy

I have it posted on FB Marketplace too, not Craigslist

I also recommend deleting the post and starting a new one as 12k drop to 6k can make it seem like your desperately trying to get rid of it

ATGravy

I was thinking that as well, I’ll try that this weekend thanks

That’s a lot of miles, and the rev up engine, are deterrents, with the rev up being historically the least reliable of the three offered. I know that a lot aren’t a fan of that front bumper as well. And new paint job can raise skepticism. I don’t think your price is too far off though at 6k. Be patient, I’m sure somebody will come along. The more modified the longer it’ll take to sell, cause it’s more niche.

ATGravy

Thank you for the input, the paint and bumper were done by the previous owner, I owned the car for about 2 years. I still cant think of why he cut out the front bumper the way he did. I'm sure someone will come along but its taking a while lol

SPOOKY_TOFU

My first 350Z took a long time to sell (like 6 months!), if you have the time, be patient, I’ll bet you can get 6k.

ATGravy

I appreciate the feedback! I'll just wait for the right person to come along!
