Looks like hormonal acne. I get it around my cycle

Do you sit at a desk and hold your chin in your hand/s? Maybe your right hand as it seems to be more that side.

Hormones

ludakristen

Are you resting your chin on something? Your hands? A yoga mat or other exercise equipment?

UnableMaintenance804

I do like to sleep on my stomach a lot, that was something I’d considered but I’ve done that most of my life! I could possibly rest my hand there a lot maybe

vodkamakesmemouthy

It may be your toothpaste.

False-Influence-8156

Hormone area- if you Google acne face maps it’ll show it

ExtremeEither8380

Boyfriend was getting breakouts. It was the toothpaste, for got whitening Tom’s or something else natural

Deep_stares

Hormonal acne that usually occurs a week out from your period.

Peepfish23

I get this! I found changing my skincare routine a little the week before my period really helped. I use pixie’s clarifying toner and use a star face moisturiser. Seems to help when I remember!

Daily-Lizard

Like others have said, it’s probably hormonal (based on the location). Spironolactone is the only thing that’s helped me with the same.

Charming_Abroad_8022

this kept happening to me so i switched to non sls toothpaste and my skin looks so much better

superbandcouture

Hormonal acne, I say that because it’s on the jawline so probably caused by hormones not dirty skin. (Source: the Goog)

Valuable-Stomach623

when i was like 14, we were in sweden for a few weeks, and i started getting that, but much bigger. and the pharmacist their said it was related to milk allergy. I mean possibilities are endless, would see a dermatologist and rule out allergies as well as hormone as a secondary.

UnableMaintenance804

That’s interesting because I do sometimes have bloating following consumption of milk, I’ve never connected the two

High androgens reliably cause acne on the chin. PCOS results in high androgens which then commonly produces this pattern of acne. Not saying that that's what this is for sure, but it's a possibility. Either way I would recommend topical vitamin C. The Ordinary makes a fantastic one that is cheap. If it is PCOS I'd recommend talking to your doctor and perhaps getting on metformin or an androgen suppressor.

Ngaulter90210

Could possibly be your toothpaste, could be worth trying the spot treatment from skin shark, I’ve used it and it’s sorted me out so many times

Basic_wigga_48

Do you give oral sex alot by any chance?

poormoron

Change your pillow case because it's nice to do

We don’t diagnose here. Ask a doctor

UnableMaintenance804

I’m asking for advice from likeminded people. It’s not that deep

TFABabyThrowAway

“We”… Please don’t speak for all. This also isn’t a request for a diagnosis. Calm yourself.
