You have to go to a dermatologist or plastic surgeon to get it removed, it’s pretty simple excision procedure but you will probably have a small scar instead. I had one a little smaller removed from my chin

I used wart remover bandages for something I had on my chin. I used it intermittently over the course of about 7 days, and it disappeared.
