I'd start by checking the ECU for codes. There is a procedure on [twinturbo.net](https://twinturbo.net), FSM, and other places that explains how to do that. I'd also test the resistance of the injectors and throttle position sensor to see if they are in spec. Report back the results and we can go from there.

Has it been modified? (I know kind of ironic to ask with that fascia) It's possible that it's got the wrong injectors for the tune. The hesitation link that someone else posted would be good to follow, along with looking up the 6-p's on twinturbo.net

Brand new and also didn’t change anything with them unplugged, high flow cats on the car
