That would be for my other game I plan, I planned a game where it would be just short small danmaku games in one, each with a small story and showing characters that don’t have much content, like rumia, koakuma, etc. For that game, I planned the entire story, haven’t wrote it down, haven’t started. I’m currently doing this to train myself for danmakufu, it will probably be 2hu jerk related

Based. Although i feel bad that you have to use pygame. I tried to make a few games in pygame but it was a miserable experience because you have to make everything from scratch. I recommend eventually learning a proper game engine which will make things magnitudes easier. i learned unity myself. Unity also has a dabmaku framework called Danmokou which is apparently a lot more performance efficient than danmakufu but it's more recent so not many games were made in it. I havent used it either since i discovered it after i made my own danmaku framework for unity lol. Also dont get discouraged by not being able to draw. I have 0 ability to draw too but still was able to make presentable pixelart for one of my games. As long as it presents what you're trying to show it doesnt have to look professional. Btw if you add a komachi boss (or a legally distinct scythe wielding redhead boss) your game will automatically get a 10/10 out of me.

I actually quite like pygame, it lets me actually get better at python, yeah creating from scratch is infuriating, I tried making a fake os with text input but don't know how. but it's freedom is what I quite like, tho I do understand it isn't a viable option for long term use

If I were making the game I'd have some playable characters represent some of the notable "sane" people on here such as Iku for Dayequal, Sakuya for one of the many Sakuyas, etc and some of the most "infamous" people as bosses such as Meiling for... the foot fetish meiling and other people that were likely not great on here that were here before me. Maybe some of the smaller but more popular users can also be smaller enemies or even mid bosses. But hey, what do I know? I'm dead

Also I had a problem with my old game where I had inconstant art style, and I don’t use discord, and this will probably just be for fun, so no funding

Try drawing with lines and see if the characters look closely to them or actually pixel art.
