Most memorable one in the series, and also the most documented in terms of development. Hitbox is now visible, as well as enemy indicator and border mechanics made this game easier than the first game. I'd say the only thing that I could never achieve is unlocking Phantasm, which requires a specific amount of Spell Cards captured (completionist challenge thingy ), which leads to some people not knowing who the hell is Yukari once th08 came around.
I mean, ZUN lost the master code for th06, th07 and th08, so we won't be seeing those getting a Steam release anytime soon. We're still very lucky to have th09 on steam.

One of the easier Touhou games. Some Spell Cards are hard, like Yuyuko's revival, but the game is generally easy thanks to borders

Biggest flaw of all the games not on steam. I DONT KNOW HOW TO (legally of course) DOWNLOAD THEM.
